This is a light cushion seat - residue from a sticker - it has air vent holes  - 11¾" x 11½" x 1¼" - it is more for hanging on the wall or case - Cowtown Sports Association &  top rank boxing present Todd Foster vs. Jeff Mayweather August 6, 1992 - their are no tears or cuts to the plastic material just slight dullness to the white.
Actual weight of the cushion is 2.5 oz.
