This offer is for a Vintage Kyosho INFERNO MP-5 1/8 Nitro RC Buggy Kit. This Very Rare Kyosho 1/8 Scale buggy kit is from 1995 and comes to us from a collection of vintage NEW In Box items.
This Kysoho Inferno kit has been stored in a climate controlled hobby room for many years with no exposure to moisture or smoke. One side of the box is slightly faded from being exposed to light, please see picture of all 4 sides of the box in picture #12. Picture #11 shows the price of the kit when sold in the mid 90's. By any standard this was a high quality high priced kit for experienced modelers.
The first time this kit was unpacked was for me to inspect it's contents and take these pictures.
Included with this kit:
12 factory sealed and labeled plastic parts bags
A clear unpainted Lexan 1/8 scale body and wing
Aluminum chassis
(4) 1/8 scale buggy wheels and tires
Complete instruction manual
To complete this car you will need:
.21 2 stroke glow motor w/exhaust and starting accessories
Minimum 2 channel Transmitter and receiver
Battery for servos 4.8 to 6.0 volt
2 standard size servos. One servo should be high torque for steering
Paint for body
