That is correct. Complete and runs as it should. Both gears work great. Reception is better than I thought it would be. Forward, reverse, left,right all work. Comes with a brand new battery pack and charger and remote. Regular speed and turbo speed both work on remote. Antenna is present as well as original instructions.  Front right tire is partially deflated because it sat for so long (I assume). Slight gauging above driver side window. You Will NOT find a Bandit in this condition that is fully operational being sold anywhere. If your a fan of vintage RC cars then you know this is a must have item. Super Excellent condition. See pictures for more details. Ash question prior to buying. Clean in and out.
