This is a lot consisting of a 1938 souvenir program of the annual Twin Falls County Idaho fair and rodeo. It is dated September 7-10, 1938. The fair was held at the fairgrounds at Filer, Idaho. Program has 40 pages of text.
Also included in this lot are 8 ribbons from the Twin Falls County Fair and also other regional fairs from the early 1900's through the 1930's. There are first and second place ribbons for the following:
-Twin Falls Country Fair and Exposition. Two first-place ribbons stapled to the original entry cards. Twin Falls & Southern Idaho Poultry Association, Buhl, Idaho December, 1911
-Buhl Farm Products Exhibits September, 1910
-Flower Show Buhl, Idaho September 1933
-Unidentified fair, Buhl, Idaho September 1915
-4-H Club Award Twin Falls County Fair Filer, Idaho
Condition: The ribbons have some creases from being folded and stored, and a couple have some darkening and fading. A couple of the ribbons also have the name of the person winning the ribbon. The program shows some wear to the edges and has light soiling.
This is a delightful collection of Twin Falls County fair memorabilia spanning three decades.
