    by the 300-piece
    All-Ohio Boys Band
    , conducted by
    Dr. Louis E. Pete
    .
    Here are the selections:
    Beautiful Ohio
    (Earl)
    Colonel Bogey March
    (Alford)
Marche et Cortége: La Reine de Saba
    (Gounod)
    Student Prince Selections
    (Romberg)
    Robinson’s Grand Entry
    (King)
    Blue Tailed Fly
    (arr. Claire Grundman)

    Children’s March
    (Goldman)

    (George M. Cohan medley)

This is essential the same concert that the band performed nightly before the grandstand.
There are also two extra numbers:
    Battle Hymn of the Republic
    (which was performed with
    All-Ohio Youth Choir
during the Band’s last grandstand concert for the 1963 season.)
    South Pacific Selections
(Rodgers) which was used to fill out the last LP side.
Originally established in 1925 and comprised of superior high school musicians from throughout the state of Ohio, the Band is now known as the
    All-Ohio State Fair Band
and has both male and female members.
    I was a member of the 1963
    All-Ohio Boys Band
    .
These LPs come from my personal collection and were lovingly cared for over the years. It is now time to pass them along to someone who can appreciate their historic value.
They come from a non-smoking household and are in very excellent condition.
These LPs will be securely packed and shipped via USPS Media Mail with tracking. (Foreign bidders please use eBay’s
    Global Shipping Service

Today, some 60 years after it was produced, this 2-LP set will be of particular interest to Ohio and
    Ohio State Fair
    historians and authors, to
    All-Ohio State Fair Band
historians, to former members of the Band, and to those who remember the Band’s concerts from when they still took place before the grandstand.
Only a limited number of these LP sets were ever produced, and it might be some time (if ever!) before another 1963 set turns up on
    eBay
    .
Don’t let this one get away because someone outbid you at the last minute.
